The purpose of this study is to determine the strength of effect of high versus low intensity upper body resistance exercise on lymphoedema status and symptoms, physical function and quality of life in breast cancer related lymphoedema (BCRL) patients.

| PATIENT POPULATION | Women diagnosed with breast cancer related lymphoedema (BCRL). All participants will have been suffering from BCRL for a period of at least 2 months prior to commencing the study and be at least 12 months post their breast cancer diagnosis |
