Emma has worked in fitness and exercise rehabilitation since 2012 and completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation from Edith Cowan University in 2022. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Emma has a passion to empower people in their health and wellbeing journeys to help them get back to doing the things they love. Emma is fascinated by progressive exercise rehabilitation for musculoskeletal conditions and the utilisation of exercise therapy in the prevention and management of metabolic, cardiac and oncology health conditions. Emma enjoys delivering exercise to groups and individuals across a range of modalities.

Outside of work Emma enjoys spending time with her family and pets, staying healthy and loves exploring Perth’s beaches and our beautiful city.
