Ben Hanna-Polkinghorne

Accredited Exercise Physiologist / Clinic Supervisor – Vario Health Clinic Southwest

Ben is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist of 14 years with a strong passion for lifestyle medicine and chronic disease management. Having graduated from Edith Cowan University’s Exercise and Rehabilitation Science course in 2012, Ben went on to complete a Post-Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education in 2020.  Ben is a firm advocate for the ‘Exercise is Medicine’ philosophy and finds enjoyment in his practise assisting people to discover a form of exercise that suits their individual needs.

Leisurely, Ben enjoys making the most of his quality time with his wife and young children living in the Southwest. He is also the inaugural co-founder and moderator of a locally run community dads’ group in Busselton, who facilitates the weekly coming together of young dads for support and connection.
